ABOUT

Dylan Haveron is a Composer, songwriter, singer, pianist, and music producer for radio, film, & television.

Dylan was most recently Music Coordinator for the TV show Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist from Lionsgate Entertainment which was 5 times Emmy nominated in 2021.
He has written songs for The Smithsonian Institute, The Buick Motor Company, and for 10 years was the resident composer for The Government of Alberta’s Interpretive Programs. Dylan has also been the ProTools Music Specialist on set for such TV shows and Films as Disney’s The Descendants 3, Charmed, Riverdale, A Million Little Things, The Perfection, Sacred Lies, Gabby Duran & The Unsittables, just to name a few.

Equally comfortable writing for drama, suspense, comedy, with scoring and music production, Dylan has written hundreds of songs in a multitude of genres and even has an extensive catalog of songs written specifically for children’s theatre.

Dylan’s musical journey begin at the age of 8 years old when he first put his hands on a piano. Once he got a little bigger he attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts in Toronto Canada. Following that he obtained a music degree from the University of Calgary in Alberta, specializing in jazz, education and electroacoustic music.
This is when Dylan opened the recording studio Seventh Street Sound and began producing music for other artists, all while continuing to improve his craft of composing.

Dylan strives to make each moment in a soundtrack to be a unique sonic experience with it’s own recognizable personality.
There are a million ways to play a C chord, and Dylan is always searching for one more way.
